About ShiftLine

Behind every role,
there are people.

A team looking for its next hire. A person looking for their next move. ShiftLine starts with the details that matter to both.

Why we are building ShiftLine

Make the next step
easier to understand.

A role can look straightforward on paper while leaving the most important questions unanswered.

What does the working day involve? Where is the workplace? Is the shift fixed or rotating? Which skills are essential, and which can be learned? For a candidate, these details can make the difference between a role they can consider and one that will not fit.

Employers need the same clarity from the other side: relevant experience, practical availability and a clear introduction to the person interested in the work.

We are developing ShiftLine around those conversations, with a recruitment platform that organizes employer hiring briefs and candidate profiles.

Who the platform is for

Two starting points.
One recruitment process.

For the people building a team.

Start with your company and the role you need to fill. Describe the work, the schedule, the location and the skills that will make someone useful to your team.

The direct-employer model gives the recruitment assignment a clear owner. The hiring contact, scope of work and responsibilities must be established in a written engagement.

For the people ready for a change.

Your experience is the starting point, but your preferences matter too. The kind of work you want, the area you can travel to and the shifts you can consider give your CV useful context.

A short introduction can explain what you would like to do next, whether you want to build on your existing experience or explore a different direction.

Inside the application

The information
behind the decision.

The planned application brings the hiring brief and the candidate introduction into organized workspaces.

On the employer side, that means company information and a role brief with responsibilities, qualifications, pay, location and working hours. On the candidate side, it means a CV alongside experience, training, availability and work preferences.

The aim is to keep those details readable and useful throughout the recruitment conversation, rather than reducing a person or a role to a few keywords.

Create an employer or candidate account to save your profile. Candidates can upload a PDF CV in their private account. Vacancy publishing and matching are still in development.

What matters to us

A practical approach to recruitment.

Know the actual role.

Work begins with a real employer engagement and a clearly described vacancy. Responsibilities, location, pay and schedule belong in the hiring brief.

Understand the person.

Experience, qualifications and availability need context. A candidate introduction should leave room for what someone wants from their next role.

Keep expectations clear.

An enquiry starts a conversation. Recruitment scope must be agreed, and sending a CV is not a promise of an interview, offer or placement.
