These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the ShiftLine text message program operated by KyCaseWorks LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ShiftLine", "we", "us").
Program description
ShiftLine sends automated account notifications about activity and information in your account. The program is informational and transactional. It does not include promotional or third-party content.
How to join
You join by entering your mobile number on shiftlinealerts.com and checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and separate from any other agreement. We then send one confirmation message. You must reply YES before any program message is sent. This is a double opt-in program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on how many openings match your profile (typically 1–4 messages per week).
Cost
ShiftLine does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from ShiftLine at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work the same way. Opt-outs are processed within 60 seconds and are permanent unless you reply START.

Supported carriers
The program is supported on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Voice and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ShiftLine is not responsible for messages delayed or not delivered by a carrier.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not share them with affiliates for that purpose. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Consent records
For each opt-in we store the mobile number, the date and time of consent, the page URL where consent was given, the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and the date and time of your YES confirmation. Records are retained for five years. Opt-out records are retained permanently so that a suppressed number is never re-added by mistake.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, update your account or reply STOP so that messages are not sent to the next person assigned that number.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes to the message program will be announced on this page before they take effect.
